Family-owned group CÉMOI confirms its commitment to professionals from the food service industry by exhibiting at SIRHA, from 26 to 30 January in Lyon (Eurexpo – hall 4 stand F02).
The French No 1 chocolatier will showcase its broad range of catering products for patisserie chefs and food service specialists, spotlighting new and innovative items and will preview new organic products.
Made from quality cocoa beans carefully selected in producer countries using their « Transparence cacao » approach, CÉMOI’s catering offering is the culmination of the group’s expertise, boasting more than 200 years of experience producing chocolate.
This year, for the first time, CÉMOI will showcase its organic expertise. At the event, the chocolatier will launch its first organic catering products (for patisserie chefs and food service specialists). Organic chocolate will be the star among the 5 new products to be added to the « Gourmet » range which is designed for chefs creating chocolate recipes (in hotels, restaurants, confectioners, bakeries, patisseries, etc.). As for the ready to use products on sale to food service professionals, there will also be new organic additions sitting alongside the
Petit Ourson Guimauve and “services” (bars of chocolate, powder, snack bars, coffee accompaniment, etc).
